Content edition pm-2026.07.1 · revised 2026-07-13

Don't memorize more. Train the decisions the exam actually tests.

495 questions, each with the full reasoning. Here is one of them: answer it before you decide.

You have the book Activate your code
An account plus the code in the book. About two minutes.

You do not have the book Buy access
$39.99 · One payment, lifetime access.
We ask you to create the account before payment: that is what ties lifetime access to you and not to a card.

How it actually goes: create the account, confirm your email, then enter the code. Three steps, about two minutes.

Portal access is included with the book. If you already own it, you do not pay twice.

Both doors open the same portal, with the same content. Neither of them is the recommended one.

By law the right of withdrawal on digital content ends the moment you open it. We extend it on purpose: within 14 days of the purchase, one line by email and you are refunded, even if you have already read everything. No question about why.

What are the five values of Scrum?

  1. A. Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect, Openness. — Correct answer
  2. B. Transparency, Inspection, Adaptation, Respect, Courage.
  3. C. Communication, Simplicity, Feedback, Courage, Respect.
  4. D. Value, Collaboration, Speed, Quality, Openness.
The principle
The five values of Scrum are Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect and Courage. Not to be confused with the pillars of empiricism.
How to recognize it
Scrum Values = CFOCR: Courage, Focus, Openness, Commitment, Respect. B mixes pillars and values; C lists XP values.
The trap
B mixes the pillars of empiricism (Transparency, Inspection, Adaptation) with values; C lists the Extreme Programming values; D is made up.

PMP

At the beginning of the project you want to break down the deliverables into manageable and assignable components. What is the correct output and what is its lowest level element?

  1. A. Schedule network diagram, with the lowest element being the activity.
  2. B. Risk breakdown structure, with the lowest element the risk.
  3. C. OBS, with the lowest element the role.
  4. D. WBS, with the lowest element the work package. — Correct answer
The principle
Create WBS produces the work breakdown structure, a hierarchical breakdown oriented to the deliverables whose lowest level is the work package (then broken down into activities in the Define Activities process).
How to recognize it
WBS = deliverable-oriented decomposition. The lowest level is the work package, not the activity (that comes later in Define Activities).
The trap
A is output of Sequence Activities and comes next. The WBS is deliverable-oriented, not activity-oriented.

On the Project Board, who represents the interests of the business (quality/price ratio and value for money)?

  1. A. The Senior User.
  2. B. The Executive. — Correct answer
  3. C. The Senior Supplier.
  4. D. The Team Manager.
The principle
The Executive is the owner of the Business Case and represents the business interests, ensuring value for money; he is the sole final decision maker on the Board.
How to recognize it
Executive = business/financing. Senior User = someone who uses the products. Senior Supplier = the person who supplies.
The trap
Senior User (A) represents those who use the products; Senior Supplier (C) represents the supplier; Team Manager (D) is not a member of the Board.

Which of these is a correct formulation of a value of the Agile Manifesto?

  1. A. Follow a plan rather than respond to change.
  2. B. Exhaustive documentation rather than working software.
  3. C. Responding to change more than following a plan. — Correct answer
  4. D. Contract negotiation rather than collaboration with the customer.
The principle
The canonical form of the fourth value is 'Responding to change over following a plan'. Options A, B and D reverse the four values, placing on the left the element that the Manifesto places on the right.
How to recognize it
The 4 values of the Agile Manifesto: always X over Y (not Y over X). The left side is the preferred value.
The trap
A, B and D reverse the sense of the values. The Manifesto doesn't deny the plan or the contract — it says it prefers change and collaboration.

That question is one of 495.

495 questions actually available in the portal. No promotional rounding.

Knowing the formula is not enough. You have to read the chart.

Inside the portal, charts and tables become questions: choose, answer, and immediately understand what each value means.

The new exam has graphic items. What do yours look like?

You take over mid-project: the team collaborates and resolves conflict on its own, smoothly and effectively. Which stage of the Tuckman ladder is it in?

Performing. A team that resolves its own conflict and works smoothly is past the stage where the rules are still settling: it is the high part of the curve. Norming is the step before, when the norms are forming but effectiveness has not peaked.

Question PMP-G-001 from the visual bank: 50 questions across 43 chart types, valid for PMP and CAPM.

The right standards. Every answer understood. The clock under control.

You study only the editions used today.
Every question clearly names PMBOK 8, the July 2026 PMP ECO, or PRINCE2 7. You always know which reference you are training against.
You understand why an answer is right.
For every question, you see the principle, how to recognize it, why the alternatives are wrong, and where to go deeper in the book.
You practise at real exam pace.
Three full mock exams train you to decide under pressure, not just to know the theory.

495 questions. Three full mock exams. The complete digital book.

495 real questions, organized into 510 exam mappings. Some prepare you for more than one certification.

How these numbers are calculated
  1. When you retake a mock, some questions return: 91% for CAPM, 92% for PMP, and every PRINCE2 question but one. Mock exams are primarily for training pace and pressure.
  2. The PMP mock is set to 213 questions. Its source content package declares 180; we keep the difference visible until the count is consolidated.
  3. The figures are counted in the illustration registry of the digital book included in the portal.

What this product is not It is not an accredited course, it is not an Authorized Training Partner, it grants no PDUs and no contact hours, and it has no affiliation with PMI, AXELOS or PeopleCert. It is study and practice material.

Which editions this tracks, and where the boundary differs.

PMBOK Guide, eighth edition. The PMP Exam Content Outline of July 9, 2026. PRINCE2 version 7, the one that renamed themes to practices in 2023.

CAPM is the exception: it follows the 2023 ECO, which is the one still in force for that exam. Saying "aligned to July 2026" without this line would let a CAPM candidate read a freshness their exam does not have.

With the book it is already yours. Without it, it costs about what lunch costs.

There is no reduced tier and no full tier: activating a code and buying access open the same portal.

You own the book

The code is printed in your copy. It unlocks everything, at no extra cost.

  1. Create the account
  2. Confirm your email
  3. Enter the book code

You don't own the book

$39.99 One payment, lifetime access, no subscription.

We ask you to create the account before payment: that is what ties lifetime access to you and not to a card.

The reference is not another plan: it is the exam fee, and the fee for a second attempt. You already know both.

14 days, first access included By law the right of withdrawal on digital content ends the moment you open it. We extend it on purpose: within 14 days of the purchase, one line by email and you are refunded, even if you have already read everything. No question about why.

A note on evidence

We publish no testimonials because we have no customer we can name with their consent. We publish no pass rates because we have never observed a candidate sit the exam. The day either exists, it goes up with its source beside it.

What people ask before buying

Does it work if I don't have the book?
Yes. The portal is complete on its own: questions, mock exams, digital book, flashcards. The book code is one way in, not a requirement.
How many questions are there, exactly?
495, across 510 exam mappings, because some items count for both CAPM and PMP. By exam: 164 CAPM, 230 PMP, 61 PRINCE2, plus 55 on the shared fundamentals.
Is it current for the exam I will sit?
The material is mapped to PMBOK 8, to the July 2026 PMP Exam Content Outline, and to PRINCE2 7. Every question carries the edition it maps to, so you can check instead of trusting.
Does it earn PDUs or contact hours?
No, and we claim it nowhere. We are not a PMI accredited provider. The value is in the material, not in an hours certificate.
Can I retake the mock exams with different questions?
No, and the number says it better than we can. The threshold we hold ourselves to is 1.15 times: none of the three exams clears it. A second sitting returns 91% of the CAPM questions, 92% of the PMP ones, and every PRINCE2 question but one. The mocks are for managing the clock, not for measuring yourself twice.
How long does access last?
Permanently, for one payment. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no date after which the portal stops opening. If the content edition is updated, the update is included: the edition currently live is pm-2026.07.1.
How do refunds work?
For digital content you open immediately, the right of withdrawal ends at first access, and the checkout asks you to confirm that before you pay. Before that moment the refund is full. That is exactly why the sample question and its reasoning are on this page, for free: we want you to decide before, not after.
Is the material current, or am I studying the old version?
The content edition live today is pm-2026.07.1, revised 2026-07-13, and it is printed at the top of this page. It tracks PMBOK 8, the PMP ECO of July 9, 2026, and PRINCE2 7. CAPM follows the 2023 ECO, which is the one in force for that exam.
Can I study in my own language?
The study area is registered in English (US), Italiano, Deutsch, Español, and Français. The portal interface, the digital book and the 160 figures exist in all four languages. The sample question above is in the language of this page: if you ever see one in another language, that is the language its bank ships in, and we say so on the item.
